Your enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, postcode, preferred reply method, selected services and optional cleaning details. These help us assess your request, check coverage, prepare a quote and reply. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for a cleaning enquiry.
The form prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit the form to a website database or send it automatically. When you choose WhatsApp or SMS, the details are passed to the selected app to prepare a message. You decide whether to press Send. Copy enquiry places the message on your device’s clipboard.
Once you send an enquiry, we use the information to respond and take steps at your request before a possible booking. If you book, we use it to arrange and provide the service. These activities rely on taking steps before, or performing, a contract. We may retain necessary records for legal obligations, or for our legitimate interests in handling questions, complaints and disputes.
Website connections and external services
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes normal connection and security information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect it. Our legitimate interest is running a reliable, secure website. Fonts and website scripts are served from our website.
On pages with the coverage map, your browser requests tiles from OpenStreetMap and shares normal connection information, including your IP address. We do not request your device location or pass enquiry details to the map. WhatsApp, your messaging app and your mobile provider handle messages under their own terms. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
See Cloudflare’s privacy policy, OpenStreetMap’s privacy policy and WhatsApp’s privacy policy. These providers may process information outside the UK; their notices explain their locations and transfer safeguards.
Browser storage
The website does not use visitor tracking or advertising cookies. Dismissing the WhatsApp invitation is remembered in this browser tab for the current session using session storage (ultra-clean-chat-dismissed). This preference is not sent to a tracking service. The enquiry form does not save your details in browser storage.
Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies if a security check is triggered. See Cloudflare’s cookie information.
Sharing and keeping information
Information you choose to send is handled by Ultra Clean and the communication or hosting providers needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information where required by law or to deal with a legal claim. We do not sell your enquiry information.
Enquiry and customer records are kept for as long as needed to respond, deliver agreed services and handle follow-up questions, legal obligations or disputes. The period depends on the type of record and the applicable obligation; you can ask us about a particular record. Details entered into the website form are not saved by us in browser storage. Your messaging app may retain drafts and conversations separately.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, receive portable data or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request. Contact 07398 692808 to make a privacy request.
You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would welcome the opportunity to address your concern first. We update this notice when our website or information handling changes.
